Rajesh Sodhi is the Assistant Vice President, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our company. He is responsible for ensuring managerial, secretarial and regulatory compliances of our company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Delhi and a Bachelors in Law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and is a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated as Company Secretary at NKG Infrastructure Limited, Surya Food & Agro Limited, Essel Shyam Technologies Limited, BLS Polymers Limited, Padmini Polymers Limited and Shri Vardhman Overseas Limited.
