2024

  • Listed on BSE and NSE on 13th November.

  • Successfully commissioned one of India's largest single site solar Power plant in Rajasthan with a contracted capacity of 1200 MW.

  • Diversified into complex renewable energy projects with award of 3380 MW of Hybrid and FDRE project from esteemed offtakers such as SECI,SJVN, NHPC and NTPC.

  • Commencement of 1.2 GW module manufacturing plant under MKU Holdings Private Limited at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

2023

  • Diversified from pure play solar IPP to multiple technologies. Awarded with our first wind energy project of 150 MW by GUVNL.

2022

  • Commissioned the 445 MWp ACME Heergarh solar power project in Rajasthan supplying power to MSEDCL.

2018

  • Achieved multiple milestones including Commissioning of over 2 GWp of renewable energy projects as well as commissioned 50th solar energy power plant..

  • Our Company developed a 299.5 MWp solar power plant at Bhadla, Rajasthan achieving one of the lowest solar tariff of INR 2.44 / kWh.

2015-2017

  • Incorporation of ACME Solar to consolidate the renewable energy IPP business under one umbrella.

  • Achieved installed capacity of 1 GWp of renewable energy till December 2017.

  • Expanded the presence to commission renewable energy plants across ten different states in India.

2009-2015

  • ACME Group foray into renewable energy IPP business.

  • The company won its first solar power project of 15 MW in Gujarat and commissioned the plant in 2011.

  • The company also commissioned India’s first Solar Thermal Power Plant of 2.5 MW in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

  • The company won multiple projects and built a portfolio of solar power projects across various states.

2003 – 2008

  • ACME Cleantech Solutions Pvt Ltd (Parent Company of ASHL) was incorporated in 2003 to focus on energy management solutions for wireless telecommunications operators in India.

  • The innovative energy efficiency management solutions played a pivotal role in reducing the cost of mobile telecommunication in the country.

  • The services expanded within the first 5 years to countries like Cyprus, Singapore, Indonesia, etc., covering over 250,000 sites globally.
