Mr. Atul Sabharwal, an Independent Director of our company, brings unparalleled expertise in management and consulting. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Snipp Interactive Inc., where he has driven innovative digital solutions since 2012.

Previously, Mr. Sabharwal held key roles such as Business Development Director at America Online Inc., focusing on digital services strategy, and contributed to leading organizations, including News Television (India) Private Limited and the Boston Consulting Group.

His extensive experience and strategic insights add immense value to the company’s vision and operations.

Mr. Sabharwal earned a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Calcutta and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of New South Wales.
