Ms. Anuranjita Kumar serves as an Independent Director, bringing unmatched expertise in human resources and organizational development.

She is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of We-Ace, a platform dedicated to empowering women in the workplace.

Over the course of her illustrious career, Ms. Kumar has held prominent roles, including Managing Director of the Human Resources Department at the Royal Bank of Scotland and key leadership positions at Citi Group. She is also a member of the Council of Advisors for the American India Foundation, contributing to impactful social initiatives.

Her strategic vision and dedication to fostering inclusive growth have made her a transformative leader across industries.

Ms. Kumar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
