Before joining our company, Amit showcased his expertise in esteemed roles, including General Counsel at Virescent Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited, Senior Legal Counsel at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Limited, and Counsel at the prestigious law firm Trilegal.

Amit’s robust academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an LL.B (Hons.) from the esteemed Gujarat National Law University, equipping him with the knowledge and skills to excel in the dynamic field of corporate law.
