Amit Maheshwari is the Executive Vice President – Legal of our Company. He is responsible for in-house legal team and he handles the risk mitigation, policy advocacy and dispute resolution of the company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and LL.B (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University. Prior to joining our company, he was associated with Trilegal as a counsel and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Limited as Senior Legal Counsel and Virescent Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited as the General Counsel.
