Ankit Verma is the Director - Corporate Finance and Investor Relations of our Company. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the Company's financial trajectory, including fund-raising initiatives, orchestrates mergers & acquisitions, and transformative ventures to propel the organization's growth.

He has extensive professional experience, having held key roles at several reputed organisations, including serving as Vice President (Mergers and Acquisitions) at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited. His career also includes positions at Hero Wind Energy Private Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
